CxO Services was formed in late 2018. Paul brings his wide range of experience to support leadership teams on an interim or assignment basis (please see services page for more details).

 

Some examples of work that Paul has been involved in over the last few years, include:

• Strategy and profit optimisation (Sept 24 - Feb 25): advisory services to owners on future strategy, profit optimisation and potential M&A structuring.

• Accounting sector specialist (Aug-Nov 24): advisor to Apax on their successful acquisition of S&W from Evelyn Partners.

• Acquisition support and value creation (Sep-Nov 24): assisted on multiple transactions across operational and financial due diligence, drafting value creation plans, integration planning and programme management.

• Risk and operations review (Feb- June 2024): review of business plan, operations, risk and compliance for this high growth business.  Dealt with any urgent matters and ‘quick wins’, and reported recommendations to the Board.

• Acquisition planning & integration (Nov 22 – May 23): post PE investment, helped plan and integrate their first acquisition, a 70 person firm.

• Transformation & technology (Mar 20 – Apr 21): senior member and risk & compliance subject matter expert for large technology-enabled transformation project.

• Professional services expert (various): advising investors in the professional services sector with insight on market issues and considerations for growing a professional services business.

• International experience: Operational reviews in 16 European countries and new office start-ups in three; member of European restructuring group with responsibility for sharing UK business development experience and best  practice; operational integration of newly acquired French business.
